Are you not entirely satisfied with your purchase? Don’t worry – below you’ll find the key information on cancelling or returning your order, as set out in our terms and conditions.


Right of withdrawal – Cooling-off period

When purchasing products, as a consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) received the product.

After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the product.


Careful handling during the reflection period

During the cooling-off period, you may evaluate the product as you would in a physical shop. We ask you to handle the product and its packaging with care.

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Please return the product with all included accessories.
  • Preferably use the original packaging.
  • Make sure the product is properly and securely packed for transport.

Note: If the product or packaging has been damaged through use that goes beyond what is necessary for assessment, we may charge a depreciation fee.
So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.


Return vignette & labels

Some products feature a Return vignette® seal or hanging label. You may assess the article, but not use it. In the case of clothing, trying on is of course permitted, as long as this is done hygienically. Please note that a return is only possible if the label is still attached.


Costs and reimbursement

Full refund: You will be refunded the full purchase price, including delivery costs.

Partial cancellation: You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned product. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Create a return label:

There are three ways to create a return label:

  1. Via your order confirmation: Click on ‘Contact’ or ‘Return’ in the track & trace email
  2. Using your order number: Via this link You can enter your parcel number and quickly create a return label.
  3. Using the Return Form👇 below: You will receive the return label by email shortly.

The return postage costs (from your address to us) are at your own expense and are charged at the standard rates. You can pay these directly via the payment link on the label, or we will deduct them from your refund.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount within 5 working days.


Uncollected package

When your order is delivered to a parcel machine or collection point, it is important to collect it on time. If the parcel is not collected by the carrier's deadline, it will automatically be returned to us.

In this case, we will treat the shipment as a revocation: you will receive a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs, minus the actual return costs charged by the carrier. Possible surcharges from the carrier are included in this.

To avoid additional charges, we advise you to pick up your package on time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
