Still not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries, together we will find a suitable solution. In consultation, you can return your order. Below you will find the most important information about returns, as also included in our terms and conditions.
Right of withdrawal - Grace period
When purchasing products, as a consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) received the product.
After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the product.
Careful handling during the reflection period
During the cooling-off period, you may evaluate the product as you would in a physical shop. We ask you to handle the product and its packaging with care.
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Please return the product with all included accessories.
- Preferably use the original packaging.
- Make sure the product is properly and securely packed for transport.
Please note that if the product or packaging is damaged due to use beyond that required for assessment, we may charge a depreciation.
So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
Return vignette & labels
Some products feature a Return vignette® seal or hanging label. You may assess the article, but not use it. In the case of clothing, trying on is of course permitted, as long as this is done hygienically. Please note that a return is only possible if the label is still attached.
Costs and reimbursement
In the event of a withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs. The costs for returning the goods from your address to us are for your own account, and are the regular shipping rates.
You can easily request a return label via our contact form, by e-mail or by phone. You will then receive the label by e-mail, including a payment link for the shipping costs. These costs can also be offset against the return amount.
After receiving the returned product, we will check it, if there are no details we will refund the return amount to you within 5 days.

Do you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal? Then follow the instructions as stated with your order or contact us for assistance. You can also use our model withdrawal form.
Is there an error on our part or have you received a damaged product? Please let us know via our contact form, mail, or phone number +31 (0)522-226010. We will then look for a suitable solution together. If a return is necessary, we will of course bear the costs.
Uncollected package
When your order is delivered to a parcel machine or collection point, it is important to collect it on time. If the parcel is not collected by the carrier's deadline, it will automatically be returned to us.
In this case, we will treat the shipment as a revocation: you will be refunded the purchase price and shipping costs, minus the actual return costs charged by the carrier. Possible surcharges from the carrier are also included in this.
To avoid additional charges, we advise you to pick up your package on time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Warranty
At KOPAT, we apply the Dutch legal guarantee on all our products. This guarantee ensures that our products meet the reasonable expectations you may have as a consumer. Should a product be defective or not meet expectations, we will ensure that this problem is solved within the legal deadlines.
