Return vignette®
If The article received is sealed with a Return Vignette® seal and hanging label.
Just review is allowed but do not use.
With clothing, trying on in a hygienic manner is allowed but please ensure that when trying on, the items are not damaged and/or soiled. Product labels and tags may only be removed if this prevents assessing the item. The return vignette is attached in such a way that judging is possible, with the removal of the Return Vignette® seal the return and full refund will be void. If you wish to return the item, please ensure that you return the item to us in its original condition and in the factory packaging.
If you no longer have the original box, make sure you use a box that adequately protects the item during transport. Please make sure that all product labels are enclosed and that the Return Vignette® has not been removed. This is the only way we can make returns sustainable together and make someone else happy with this 'new' item. We hope for your cooperation!
Returns and full refunds are void when:
- the product is soiled and/or damaged
- the product has been washed
- the Return Vignette® seal is broken
