Nullifire FF197 - Fire resistant polyurethane foam

A single-component fire-resistant polyurethane foam that cures by moisture absorption from the air. CFC- and HCFC-free (ozone-injurious).

Use/purpose:

Nullifire FF197 Fireproof Foam is specially suitable for fireproofing
sealing of:
- Connections.
- Joints and seams of solid partition walls with ceilings/ concrete floors, among others.
- Solid partitions between them.
- Setting and assembly spaces between precast elements.
- Interconnections of concrete floors.
- Fire-resistant door/frame connection with metal stud wall and solid wall.

Before processing, read the hazard notes on the label. To be processed in well-ventilated areas. Do not smoke. Protect eyes, wear gloves and work clothes. Cover floor covering with paper or plastic film. Remove fresh foam immediately with PU Cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically. Store can upright to prevent valve glueing.

• Cut-off: At low temperatures, wait at least 4 hours before cutting. Cutability also depends on relative humidity.
• Limitations: FF197 Fireproof Foam cannot be used for fireproof sealing of penetrations and metal window frames
