Polynor Fixo is extremely suitable for the installation of insulation boards on facades and foundations. The product is also perfect for internal insulation. The adhesive works reliably on the most common building materials, such as EPS, XPS, PIR, PF, wood, concrete, masonry, tiles, metal, plaster, and OSB. This makes it a versatile solution for various construction projects, ranging from renovation to new builds.

Note: For optimal results in low humidity (less than 50%) we recommend lightly moistening the substrate. This is important as the foam reacts to moisture, resulting in even better adhesion.

Packaging and storage

Each can contains 750 ml of active content in a 1000 ml aerosol can. Store cans upright only in a dry, cool place between +5°C and +35°C. Aerosols should not be stored above +50°C or in direct sunlightnlto maintain quality.

For a successful result, follow these simple steps:

1. Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean. Wipe away any dust and oils thoroughly.
2. Security: Always wear protective gloves and eye protection during work.
3. Shake Shake the can well for about 30 seconds.
4. Connect Attach the bus to the gun while the bus is upright.
5. Syringes Apply a minimum of three beads of adhesive to each thermal insulation board.
6. Waiting Leave the adhesive to tack up for a few minutes after spraying (maximum 7 minutes).
7. Places: Then press the plate firmly against the wall.
8. To level Within 5 minutes of pressing, you can still gently adjust the plates to make them level.
9. Fill the holes: Should there be a gap between the insulation boards, fill it immediately with the same adhesive.
10. Remove excess: Remove excess glue immediately with a special cleaner or acetone.
11. Protection: Ensure the cured adhesive is not exposed to direct UV light.
