Professional one-component polyurethane insulating foam for expert application with a spray gun. Polynor 3D offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation for hard-to-reach areas where traditional insulation methods do not work.

Polynor 3D is a self-expanding insulation foam with a special nozzle for use with a foam gun. This spray insulation is ideal for horizontal, vertical, and curved surfaces, including hard-to-reach corners and crevices. The foam helps to reduce heat loss, prevent condensation, and provide effective sound insulation.

Technical specifications:

The thermal conductivity of 0.030 W/(m·K) guarantees excellent insulation performance. With 80% closed cells, Polynor 3D offers water resistance and durability. The drying time is 15 minutes, and the product is fully cured after 24 hours. The foam is resistant to temperatures between -60°C and +110°C, making it suitable for various applications throughout the year.

One 850 ml can provides up to 2.5 m² of insulation at a layer thickness of 3 cm. The sound reduction is 60 dB, meaning it also functions as an acoustic barrier.

Application areas:

Polynor 3D is suitable for insulating attics, balconies, bathrooms, garages, cellars, tanks and containers. It works on concrete, masonry, stone, wood, EPS, plasterboard, most metals and rigid PVC. Use it for beams, doors, ceilings and other construction elements where cold bridges occur.
