Your personal data will be processed if you use the option to create a customer account. The personal data provided for the customer account will be kept so that you do not have to enter this personal data again with your next order. - for collecting reviews through WebwinkelKeur's independent platform;
- If you present a product purchased from us for repair, we may use a third party to carry out this repair. Should it be necessary, we will provide your personal data to this repairer.
For the rest, we only provide your personal data to third parties with your prior consent, in case this is necessary for the protection of our interests or if we are obliged to do so by law and/or regulations. Reviews - WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur's independent platform. When you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you will be asked to enter your name and e-mail address. These details are shared with us so that we can link your review to a previous order.
WebwinkelKeur will publish your name with the review on their website which can also be seen on KOPAT.nl. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you for an explanation of your review.
When we invite you to write a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. This data will only be used to invite you to leave a review on our behalf.
WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. If WebwinkelKeur engages third parties to provide their services, it will only do so under strict conditions and in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. The above safeguards for the protection of your data continue to apply in full.
Retention period and security of your personal data:
We take appropriate security measures to prevent the misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification of your personal data. Among other things, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your personal data, that access to your personal data is protected, that every transaction carried out via the website is performed via a secure payment system, our website is secured by means of security techniques such as firewalls and verification methods, among others.
